Hi everyone. I'm super new here but would like to, as quickly as possible, get myself on the list of those waiting for an answer. I'm finding the information quite overwhelming. The list of mandatory documents appears easy: all passport, life in the UK test, English language, photos, police certificate etc.
Then there is a list of other documents, and I can't work out how much to include... So a couple of questions:

1. My stay was student visa 5 years + 2 years PSWP + 1 year Tier 1 + I got my Bulgarian Citizenship, so blue certificate til present (2 years) For the Tier 1, I was given a Biometric permit, which I no longer have. but my passport has the stamps for that period - is that sufficient?
2. I am married in the UK to a German - should I provide anything other than our marriage certificate?
3. Should I provide ALL the payslips or just for current employment?
4. What other information have you included with your application? (eg: mortgage info, etc)

I am a bit confused as to how much to provide...

Thank you so much for reading this and for your replies!

Patience , Patience before any further decisions I would like to see June /July pending applications to be cleared they have been wait for long than Aug or Sep applicants .

I hope you are well.

Can someone please confirm the English language requirement for spouse of Long residence applicant who is applying for 2.5years firsrt extensions?
Is it:
CEFR B1 for speaking and listening only?
or overall CEFRB1?

The reason I am asking is a friend of mine did the BULATS English exams she scored B2 in Speaking, Listening and reading however in writing she scored A2 and what I don't understand is her overall score is A2! I would have thought the average would be B1?!

The consideration on the result is going to take time so just wanted to ask if the current result would be sufficient evidence for English Language under FLR (M) category?

Your input will be very helpful.

Thanks

An extract from FLR (M) form is:
A person who applies to remain in the UK on the 2 or 5 year Partner routes, unless they are exempted from the requirement, is required to show that they can speak and understand basic English (at A1 level of the CEFR).
This means a minimum level of A1 in speaking and listening is sufficient for the requirement of FLR (M) application. As she has already scored at B2 level in speaking and listening which is even above the requirement for ILR (B1 level) so I think this test result is fine for the requirement of FLR M application and subsequent SET M application in future.

I have a quick question to all the applicants/experts here. I have applied for ILR(LR) couple of weeks ago (23/11/2014) .
Since then I have discovered that there is a CCJ (Debt Related) against my name raised back in 2011 which I was unaware of.
I have already enrolled Bio data and I need help with below questions:

Would it effect my application?
Do any body know if HO check for CCJ?
Should I inform the HO to update them?

Any help would be greatly appropriated.

Many thanks
how do you not know about your own CCJ? Can you clarify please...
I checked my credit report last week and It showed up there and It was too late as application was already sent.So investigated it and discovered . Originally CCJ was raised against another person and I was stated as guarantor on his application which I consented to back in 2009, Since then I had moved to another address so I had no idea that individual had not paid to his land lord.
Being a guarantor is the only reason CCJ has my name.
I am trying to get in touch with solicitors to get it sorted but the issue is my ILR(LR) has already gone without disclosing this.

My history is as student 4 year +2 year psw+flr(o) +eea spouse 2011 till now .i must need to show treaty right of my wife. This can effect my application .
You need to be prepared to have your treaty right documents ready as HO can ask you anytime whilst your application is under consideration.
Hello,
if you have all the relevant documents to prove your wife's exercising treaty rights in the UK then you should be fine and this would not affect your application at all. Unless of course you cannot provide it to the HO then it might be a problem.
Yes sapactus and Arsal385 both are rights. Thanks for your kind advice . But on this form I see on page 490 user is NOLUCK got his approval also without treaty right of her wife . Any other senior member know about this . Also my solicitor said no need of your wife doc. Any Senior member can give advice plz .

HO usually consider cases based on compelling/compassionate circumstances like medical problem or other exceptional cases. I am not sure if your case falls under this category. Wait for seniors response.
