Do try peo i tried and got succesfull.... do take thr approval letter with you aswelll ... it clearly says which paragarphs will be considered while considering your future applications.
Hi ik_aam_insaan and Miangee,
Thanks for your feedback ik_aam_insaan. Miangee you need to be confident and as ik_aam_insaan advised please follow that, I hope you get the good result.
When I applied for my wife and daughters at the PEO Croydon, the only question which they asked us was are they PBS dependent, I replied yes they are. And after that no questions asked. So be confident, and hope for the best. My prayers and best wishes with you and your Mrs.
Kind regards

Mrs. p
i think you fed up from your solicitor and want to pursue your case at your own? i think when you call them then also ask them that have they changed your address on your request or some other procedure you need to use to change address?
Lol, Cool mind, they were asking me for more money to reply to the caseworker letter, I said I can do it myself and that's why I filled in the online form to change my address, I will call tomorrow and confirm if they have changed the address in their system, it says 72 hours on the online form. Let's see, I will update tomorrow.

This is the time for you stay positive, now let me tell you a good news my brother is also on this forum khan_81, he also applied on the 30th March, the same day that your husband applied. The only difference is that he provided Home Office with self addressed special delivery envelope which is next day delivery. Although I should have waited for him to break the news to the forum, but as you are worried I have to let you know that by the Grace of Almighty Allah, he has received his approval today. What does it say on the certificate, GESE grade 5?

Just to clarify if I understood correctly, sending my ILR application now will have no effect on my wife's situation (being my Tier-2 dependent). She would still be able to apply in Nov 2014 (i.e. when she completes her 10 years) ?
Kind regards,

Oh dear..I'd want someone with better knowledge on this to answer.....
However, from the little I know,it shouldn't affect your wife's situation.
Babz is right. You should apply for your ILR and it will not have any effect on your wife's situation. Its an individual application for yourself. Apply for her ILR when she is eligible in Nov.
Dear Aurnoc,
Thanks a lot for the helpful reply.

Hi Sanju ,
Congratulation on the approval of your wife ILR , don't worry your will be arrive very soon as well .....so its seems both of you completed 10 years together ? ...can you plzz share some thing about your case ? how did u apply ? who was the main applicant through out the 10 years ?
Thanks
S.Akaram
Hi s akaram,
Yes we did complete 10 years together. And I was the main applicant all the way. We came here as student then got married. I was on student visa+igs+psw+tier 1 general. I had one refusal for igs took 15 months but eventually won the appeal. Other than that my case is straight forward. We missed my wife's Brp delivery today, got to rearrange it.
Regard's,
Sanju

Hi Everyone,
I will be applying for ILR end of August 2014. But I have few questions in mind before I and hope you guys can help.
1) I have UK masters degree which I am using as proof for English language. (Do I have to reassess through NARIC as told by home office's website.)
2) I don't have any utility bills, council tax bill or employment letters. All I have is passport which shows that i've been here from last ten years. Is this going to be sufficient or I am in trouble.
3) I don't have a clue about point based calculator and how does it work.
4) The text in red color is from home office website. can you please explain it to me as it is bit confusing.
egrees taught or researched in English
You’ll need to prove your degree was both:
taught or researched in English
confirmed by UK NARIC as the equivalent of a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree in the UK
You’ll need to provide your original degree certificate and 1 of the following:
a printout from the points-based calculator with the equivalent level of your degree and the level of English
an original letter or certificate from UK NARIC confirming the equivalent level of your degree, plus an official letter from your university with your name and degree confirming that your degree was taught in English
an original and official certificate from your university confirming the degree was taught or researched in a majority English-speaking country (except Canada)
A quick reply from you guys will be much appreciated.
