Acknowledgement letter was issued with "first name" only. The biometric enrollment letter, however, was issued with "full name".

Had applied through NCS under Hertfordshire County Council as they had appointments readily available. The approval letter lists Hertfordshire County Council as the "local council" for the ceremony - even though the person resides in Buckinghamshire!!
Some caseworkers are indeed nutters ....
