Hi Guys, I been asked to apply after 3 months, as I already posted saying i been out of country for 270 days with no business trips.
No fees taken and I selected HSMP JR in 3B and 10G.

wow, it was brave option but gud thing for u was, u went PEO face to face, problem for me, i am going to send through post n don't want to risk too much...but don't what happened to administrator's as they are quiet and not guiding on points which we have raised.
also noticed that HO page is still allow to access paper version of form, which is 05/11 for those, who don'twant to pay online...

Thanks !Son of Soil! for your comments! I will make sure i have as many payslips and bank statements that i can find. I think i might have 3 P60s out of the 5 yrs so i guess i can take those.

Also if i print out the payslips from the online portal (of my umbrella company) will i need to get them certified by my umbrella company? or will a letter from them stating im an employee with them suffice?

If i was you , i would take ALL payslips and and atleast 6 months bank statements and they can take as many as they wants(normally 3 months).
According to me Documents should be:

Passport
SET (O)
Letter from Employer(may or may not be required, but good to have it)
Bank statement fot 6 months
Payslips for 6months
HSMP JR Policy document
P60s ( Should take all 5 , but i guess take as many you have)

Hi Guys! thanks for this! this has cleared my doubts! I was also wondering like many on here as to which category i select. I fall under the JR rules as in pre Nov06.

So basically I dont need to give Life in the UK test, and only 3 months payslips and bankstatements should suffice..
Are there any other documents that you would recommend that i carry along...
So far I am thinking:

1) Passport
2) Application form SET(O)
3) 3 Months Bank statements (or do I need the last 12 months?)
4) 3 months payslips (I will have print outs from my umbrella company - as I have been working as a Freelancer for last 12 months)
5) P60 from umbrella company (Do I need previous P60s?)
6) Letters from umbrella company and recruitment agents company

If I may have missed out anything could anyone please point out..
It would be very helpful...

Hi all,
I have booked an appointment in next month and now preparing the doucments.
I got my HSMP visa in Aug 2006, but now I canot find the inital HSMP approval letter now. some body mentioned they put this doucment in their document list and submit to caseworker, but my question is does this have to? I canot find that letter now. Can I use my VIASA as the evidence to prove I got HSMP beforre Nov 2006?

Is it neccessary that, for dependant - the bank statement or utility bill should be in joint name, as my wife and I have bank statement for the last 2 years but not joint, we have seperate bank statment and both our statement provides the same address...
any suggestion please!!!!

Yes, I am confused too, but as we can see from that link, if we manage to provide the last 2 yrs proof to the HO, that will be fantastic, but if not, we can challenge them...
that's what i am thinking, as I am manage to provide for almost 18 months only...let's see how it goes...

I am due in oct to apply for settlement

I came to UK in oct 2006 – then my visa is called (Highly Skilled migrant)
Had and extension in oct 2008 – now visa is called Tier1 (highly skilled migrant)

This is true people are giving two years cohabitation proof even if they fall under judicial review category. I contacted the home office, they said in case of JR , the two years cohabitation proof doesn't employ. So i dont know why people are still being asked to do so.
I think for any future JR ILR applicant, they should bring this notice to the caseworkers.

I guess even without these letters one should be fine . As I know few of my friends have got ILR in same category as of mine(HSMp JR) in the same week without these letters.
