Could you please help me in my case. I also recently got my ILR on the basis of long residency and my last visa was tier 4 student and now my wife also have tier 4 dependent which is going to expire in August-2014. If I put FLR (M) for her extension then how can i show my salary slip in august or four months salary slip and statement would be fine. Now I have following Queries to submit my wife's FLR (M) form;
1. what financial requirements i need to meet to put her case, I think she is exempt to complete 7A of FLR(M) form
2. Is that I have to prove maintenance funds or salary slips and a letter issued from my employer showing my annual income and what amount it should be. can i show premium bond
3. can i put SET (M) soon after approval of FLR (M)
4. what is the duration of Visa at the basis of FLR (M) application
your prompt response would be appreciated.

I don't think you need to worry if you finish 10 years and withdrew your appeal means HO can't go to UT. However with 3C & 3D you finished 10 yrs and applied for ILR don't need to worry or withdraw your ILR. Please share with us ur solicitors view.Mrs.P wrote:Hardikjshah83 wrote:looking at the skydrive follwoing users have had their visa approved despite on 3C & 3D - with notes below.

I also thought and hoped that it would be the case according to what the HO calls the "2-year route" rule.shahjee1234 wrote:Hi Shahsahab,
Quite a few members have come up with this news that apparently prior to 09th July 2012 FLR(M) dependents are getting 2 years visas and are applying and getting straight ILR on SET(M). This is very good news, but I hope some one can post their experience and we get some clarity on the situation.
One more information that I wanted to clarify on was that, I was going through SET(M) forms and there is a mention of Premium service and extra cost for that, but when you check the fee section there is only one set of fee mentioned, no premium service fee is mentioned there. Any body got any idea about the fee ??? Please share. thanks.
Kind regards

Hello friends.
I have asked my friend whose wife got FLR M and SET M mentioned in previous post. I asked him about Section 7a so he said he had to show£18600 for FLR M AND SET M as well. so it means dependent of Long residency for FLR M / SET M needs to show £18600 but good news is that they can apply SET M direct after getting FLR M if they are before 9th July 2012.
Thanks

Hi, thanks so much for your advice. My solicitor said I need to wait and get a date for UT hearing as this will prolong my 3c & 3d leave, then if I get my Ilr, I can withdraw. If HO refuse to consider my ilr application because I have a hearing, then I need to go the hearing and explain to the judge that I have completed 10 years.Hardikjshah83 wrote:I don't think you need to worry if you finish 10 years and withdrew your appeal means HO can't go to UT. The thing that frustrates me the most is that the FTT judge who granted HO permission (not the one who heard my case), wrote in his decision that at the time of my hearing the Rodriguez case (evidential flexibility) was valid, but when the judge wrote his decision in March, it had been over ruled by court of appeal, that's why he allowed the HO permission to go UT.
Just my luck.
My wife sent Edexcel entry 3 speaking and listening for FLR(m) visa but they refuse her visa and gave her D-LTR DUE to this certificate which was not on the list but you can use for set m application.tanz5656 wrote:My friend wife did course in English language from
