My appointment was at 11 am on 12th June. The initial payment and biometric was dome for me by 11.30 as I went ealry inside at 10.10 am.
Then waiting started and the news came out about the biometric crap not working. Then at 2.40 pm was called by caseworker who reviewed all documents (20 mins she took) and said that they look good. I asked her specifically am I satisfying all the points she said you got 75 points. I asked her apart from biometric is there any problem she said no.
She asked whether I would like to collect my documents and passport or want to be posted, I said sent it by post(mistake I made). Now the application will be by post I guess. Can I visit croydon office and enter in somehow so that I can see my application status. Has anyone done that.

waiting for the documents. Will it come by second class recorded delivery,
if yes may be it will take 3 days atleast from 18-6-2012 , so may be tommorow

7. Reason given by case worker: Systems down, biometrics results pending.

9. Date Passport, Documents and letter of approval received: collected in person, 1st June 2012
10. Date (new) leave to remain valid from: June 2014
11. Date BRP received: 21 June 2012.

Received BRP Card today direclty. Waiting for approval letter and original documents.

Booked appointment on 21 May 2012. Unable to process the application because of IT issue. Staff collected all the documents(Original only) and requested us to wait for their call. Went to Croydon office to Inquiry on 1st June 2012 and they informed that the case has been transferred to Liverpool

Waiting for BRP Card
Called dx secure they dont have anything

Biometrics done but Unable to process the application because of IT issue. Staff collected all the documents and told us to wait for2-3 days and you will get a response

Any one get any updaten for 17th July It issue affected persons. ? Mine is still no where !!! As they promise to call within 2-3 day , which not happen at all ...
