Hi vorionsanty,

Yes you should pay for evaluation about 30 pound.
Also you should send them by fax all your diploma, setificates, transcripts.
They can answer you in 1 - 3 weeks.

Best Regards.

Hi VarionSanity

I m Indian Citizen in UK on WP applied from UK itself, Application filed by myself as per HSMP Guidance Document, Its very easy to file once you have all the documents in hand as mentioned in the guidance document, I beleive,Its wastage of money through Agencies..keep reading this forum for couple of weeks you will get lot of informations.

As ash said you need to pay approx £30 for the evaluation, once you get the evalution certificate you can post or fax it to HO with ur reference number before decesion.

One you get your degree evaluated to Masters , fax NARIC certificate to HO, as per my personal experiance some caseworkers don't take pain to analyse the case and they need excuse to refuse applications.

Don't take this negative , I am just warning...

Earning Power Points

Post by Zee_Zee » Wed Aug 30, 2006 8:16 pm

Dear All,

I am about to apply for the HSMP (under 28) but waiting for my tax returns that are expected to be provided on the 30th Sept. Now my concern is that my salary figures for the last 12 months will not be covered in this tax return because it is for the past fiscal year (Jul 05 to Jun 06). So what are the alternatives besides tax returns to prove my earning power? I intend to sebd the following as well:
1) Salary Certificate (Detailing Current salary and past 12 month's gross salary)
2) Salary Slips for past 12 months
3) Original bank statement showing salary transfers of last 12 months

Can you please tell me that is it worth to wait for the tax returns or I can proceed with the above mentioned 3 documents only? Is there anybody on this thread/forum who got the approval without submitting the tax returns? Please share your experiences.

Regards,

Z Z.

Applied 26th July
CC charged 27th
Ref num 8th Aug
Docs returned on 29th Rejected

I am over 28 applicant from india

pts claimed
Education 25 Awarded 25
Past exp 25 awarded 0 (12 payslips and tax returns didnt match obviously they are of diff period) payslips were may till june and tax returns only till april ) I didnt understand why did they compare when both were well above 7500 pounds I had a hike and salary was more in payslips

Work Experience 25 awarded 0 as I worked in three diff comapanied as
3 years ( all refs were perfect)
1 yr (all refs perfect)
2 yrs (current employment provided appt letter and payslips as evidence for current emploment which was not accepted)

Thinking of applying again with some more docs for current employment can someone suggest when we cant get direct employer ref what other docs can we give to support current employment date, roles and duties.
