I have applied in May and haven't recieved any decision yet. I have filled for judicial review. Review decision date is by end of this month.
Has any one else applied for judicial review recently???

How much are you paying for The JR?

I have filled for JR through a solicitor in Ireland. There is no time frame for decision. Solicitor told me it's listed to seen by judge by end of this month. Waiting what will the judge decide.

The solicitor who has applied for judicial review for me, have told me she will get her costs from justice department of Ireland if the case succefull. If not she will tell me how much will it cost me.
I will update this form if my review gets successful

Yes i just emailed them and said I need the original documents. They said send ur dhl to collect them. So in have got my wife passport and other original documents back. And the application is still under process.

I don't know about vfs. Afghan national apply direct to Irish embassy in Abu Dhabi. We send our documents there and emailed the embassy for the documents which they agreed with me collect my wife passport and other original documents.
Dhl is a logistical delivery company. I paid dhl they went to the embassy and recieved the documents and delivered it to my wife back home.

By the looks of the approvals and refusals everything is clear....
They are refusing visa of People who are applying other than Join Spouse.....
If someone could provide details on their visa from the time i started this thread it will be a great help....

The thing I understand from the process, That they are just delaying all visa's which are under EU category..

Hope everyone is doing well.please if anyone can guide me on this issue..
Is there such law that once you are married to your eu spouse and divorced(unfortunately) after few years(suppose 4years).so than even you have citizenship(on your eu spouse behalf stamp4 eu ram)but you still can't apply for your non eu spouse till 7years of the first marriage date.i couldn't find this anywhere but have heared from few people.

I cannot deal with this anymore. I check religiously every Tuesday and nothing. This week they haven't even moved a day forward in the processing time ! Still 25.08

Ok everyone my last resort was going to the Irish embassy myself. The file submitted is at the embassy but because of work load they said it would be another 8 weeks before I heard anything.
File was submitted at karachi on the 11th Sept 2015. I know a lot of ppl on here have been waiting since June july. I urge you to physically go to the embassy and ask.

They have fobbed you of by saying that... Everyone is going to be waiting a minimum 8 months before a decision is made. I've been waiting since June 19th and been to the embassy 6 times! Since September they're saying to me 8 weeks and still nothing. Fact is we can't do anything apart from wait
