Yes, we think the reason was wrongdoing of college where we took language test.

Update of my interview.
I had interview today sunday 9am at liverpool HO.
They wanted to check my english ability and LIUK knowledge.
Interview was only for 10 minute.
She asked me few questions about LIUK.
How i booked it?
How i paid for test?
What material I used to study?
Why i choose that centre?
What kind of questions were there in exam?
Did you booked it your self or someone helped you to book it?

Lady was friendly and soft spoken.

At the end of interview she said your english is very good, and gave me thank you letter.
Now just need to wait for decision.

i am in the same situation
i went for interview on 28 March at Liverpool
interview was for 10-15 minutes and all about life in UK test and English Test. Nothing else
at the end when i asked her when i will receive my decision i have been waiting since Aug 2014.
she said im just an interviewer i cannt do any thing we will forward your detail to your case worker back and they will decide as soon as possible

Yes i had done Toeic in JAN 2012 by my self, after failing in 1st attempt i had passed on 2nd attempt.

Yes only question they asked regarding english language test and life in uk test. they wanted to make sure i have done by my self and i can speak english.

Hi Imran one of mate been to 2nd interview and he got his ILR JUST AFTER 2 days his 2nd interview. It seems his decision was made before his 2nd interview. Imran what about your application.

i have applied in Aug 2014 after waiting 7 months in march 2015 i received letter for interview in liverpool.
then again after waiting 6 months in October i received letter for 2nd interview in london paddington now its been 3 week since my interview still waiting..

what about you when did you apply
