Dear Gurus, Moderators and active members .. I need your help and suggestions..my Flr. Fp application refused by HO 2 weeks ago. We send a PAP to them but they replied with same decision with no in country right of appeal, We are submitting JR next week.one child born here about to 7 years end of next month. Child was out of Uk at age of 2 years having two breaks 6 months and 9 months. Total 15 months. Is this my set back? Needs 5 months to complete 10 years. We received notice from HO to report at becket house in Two weeks time. Very scary situation for us. I need advice from our moderators and gurus and Dear friends that what are the options ? How long they take time in JR process? Still we can apply when time finishes for 10 years ? Can partner still continue to work? What are the overall chances? Many thanks in advance .
