i dont know am i a overstayer or not.. i had applied for indefinite live to remain but got refused mean while my visit visa also got expired i also apapeal two times. now i got letter that permission to upper tribunal is been refused so now i plan to return back.. what can i do to regularise my visa and how much days m,ore i can stay here

You have been an overstayer since the day you received this letter.

It will be in your best interest that you return within 28 days of receiving the letter.
