if so accordingly to current processing times...
status change to ready for collection in approx "58-60 WORKING DAYS" APPROX 12WEEKS.

when did your status change from oc to under process at bhc ?

it changed to oc on the same evening as submission day, and to under process at bhc on 17 may so 11 days later.

My partner applied in March and is still waiting for RFC. We applied 11 weeks ago :

It's been 56 working days.

I've looked over this forum for the last months... February applications were taking 9 weeks, with one exception; the applicant applied at the end of February and recieved a successful visa on exactly 12 weeks.

There was a applicant called Sadia786 who's had just gone over 12 weeks and now she's not posted on the forum. Insha'Allah she will have got her visa.

I'm guessing there are no more March applicants.

Ye I applied on 6th March-19th March was their forwarded date...nothing as of yet!

Im sure Sadia786 got her RFC on 21/05/2013. She posted on another thread. She was unsuccessful, I hope that she is successful in her appeal.

It's from the day it was forwarded to Islamabad OC, which was the 6th.

I don't want to build your hopes up but looking at those that applied in the later part of February (3rd week onwards) you should be getting the call/text update tomorrow.

The last few applicants that applied after the 3rd week of February received their RFC's exactly 12 weeks from their initial applications.

...... i think delay is due to champions trophy, which is going to start next month in uk....

Might be I am wrong but I think lot if visa applications during this period and British high commission staff is busy to entertained other type of catogories related to champions trophy like last year when there was Olympics in uk people had to wait like 4 to 5 months I think. If I am wrong please guide me ..

RFC: Ready For Collection, when gerrys will call or text you to say your documents and decision letter is here and ready for you to pick up.

The applications made towards the end of Feb have had their decisions made and papers/passports returned. applications made early march such as my wife’s, we should hear very soon, inshallah successfully, please pray for us.

at the time we made the application it was taking an average of 8weeks from submission to documents being returned. but at this moment in time its taking on average 12 weeks.

So now cus of the common wealth games ppl r gonna have 2 wait longer? What the hell do they do all day long? Like just stare at our wedding fotos and pick out flaws or somethin? Wen u no such events r comin up surely they would employ xtra staff or somethin jus so ppl r not messed about with or their workin time scale isn't ruined? Like really seriously I hope this will not be a repeat of last year april/may/june cases that took almost forever!
