Salam bro,

Hope you remember me.

Please try send an expedite request again with a cover letter explaining the reasons why you want to expedite your case.

I did it thrice and they accepted my expedite request on third time.
What reasons did you put on expedite I have tried twice and they rejected saying it ain't compelling and compassionate reasons
My wife took a letter from her GP third time stating she is still in depression and she needs her partner back to join her asap.

Than I also wrote a cover letter requesting the judge to look at my third expedite request, because of this long process and unfair refusal my wife is still suffering and I want to join her asap and than judge accepted that time.

APL1.20 Applicant makes fresh application while an appeal is outstanding
A person who has an appeal pending can make a fresh application for entry clearance in the same or any other category. There is no requirement for a person to withdraw an appeal. Where are you from? You've definitely been waiting for a long time..

Me and my cousin appealed sept/oct 2015 time and we have both received hearing dates for November 2016 alhamdulillah .. definitely try expediting with a letter from the gp explaining your depression etc.. or get an mp involved? Have you tried calling the tribunal services?

I pray that your worries come to an end soon inshaAllah

You welcome :)
Your solicitor is basically confuse between application made inside country(extending leave to remain) and application made outside country(entry clearance).

You cannot make new application if your appeal is pending in case of extending leave to remain inside the country but rule are different for entry clearance application outside UK

Salaam everyone,

My brother in law applied for his spouse visa in April 2015 and it was refused on the basis they did not believe it was a genuine relationship, even though they have a 4 year child. We sent proof of phone calls for the last 6 months, but they have been married for 4 years, so they said we wanted to see more evidence, even though they phone each other every day.

We appealed in September 2015 and received a letter in November 2015 with a date that the tribunal will write to us after 22nd February 2016.

Since that date we have heard nothing, has anybody from London got a court hearing date who have letter from 22nd February 2016?

Applied May 2015
Refused Sept 2105
Appealed Sept 2015
Letter date 22/02/2016

I tried all the options escalated my case plus involved my MP and send the emails to Islamabad and even made an official complaint about BHC Islamabad and than after four months of hearing date got my call in letter and every time they said to me that after every allowed appeal they need to do some mandatory check which takes a long time in some cases so be patient and wait till 30septemeber inshallah and you will get a positive response.

Asalammu Alaykum.

Just a quick question my wife's passport went in 19th Aug agger UKVI changed their decision. The passport hasn't come back yet does anyone know if there is a way of finding out how long it'll process?
