Absolutely Wrong........... The salary considered for the previous earnings under tier1 is gross salary not net salary.

Gross salary is the salary before Tax and Net salary is the one after Tax.

Damn agency,,i am gonna kill them.
My lawyer made a mistake,she didnt send the calculations correctly.

Also my bad is it says i cannot re appeal as i have work permit valid till 2009-Aug..

It was a reward to my laziness of giving it to the agency..

Learn from the experience (mistakes) ... read the Tier 1 policy guidance *carefully* and understand what's in there.

Thats correct but its just an estimate and doesnt garantee anything. Its just a standard rsponse they give u when u call. if u are lucky enough to get thru to one helpful lady she wil actually take ur ref. and check the actual status for u. But thats like a lottery

URgent treatment request on 11th jully with OFFER LETTER and accepted
latest photos sent on 13th jully as requested
paper received: 19th august

Congrats man, .............so it took 1 month and 10 days after the urgent treatment got accepted to get the doc's back. despite the fact u had to send ur pics in, still its not really an urgent treatment is it??

urget treatment was sent on 11th August............ and i got the email from case worker and customer care on 13th that they have taken my application urgently and i should get my doc back soon

That makes more sense now............. good job anyways mate. It really does help then in stamping and dispatch of the doc's, if u send an urgent treatment but i dnt think it has any effect on the approval.

so clearly your application was already approved (29th) before urgent treatment..also for stamping it was lying for alread 13 days.

Just talked with CC. My case is still with CW and under consideration. They did receive urgent treatment fax yesterday but he said that it becomes only effective after the file has moved forward from CW so that CW can take its time in having a fair decision.

For me, CW put a note on 22nd July asking latest bank statements inspite of the fact that i did submit statements dated 15.05.08 for 10th June application.

I got to know this only on phone call with CC on 08.08.08 when he read me the notes. No other communication...so without any further arguments I did send the new bank statements same day by special delivery. (Ironically, i received a 2nd class mail dated 07.08.08 the next week from CW askin the same). Anyhow they received the same on 11.08.08 and since then I have sent UT request as well.
