hello everyone,filling eea4 form.as a EEA national main applicant ,i dont really see anywhere asking non eea national employment proofs?everything mainly about EEA national apart from 5years proof living together.should i still send my p60 ,pay slips etc?

Hello everyone after 5 months and 2 weeks long wait I am happy to let you know that today I have received all my documents and letter with my PR
Little recap on my journey:
My wife came in to this county 2005 and has been working ever since we got married in 2010 and soon after I received RC for 5years. My wife also became British in 2013 so from that day she held it and still does two Nationalities , also she went to maternity twice and after that worked part time.

Application sent as non - EEA national married EEA 21/07/2015
HO received - 22/07/2015
CC charged - 24/07/2015
Biometric received - 22/08/2015
Biometric submitted - 24//08/2015
COA received - 24/09/2015
PR letter received 08/01/2016 with all documents.

Sunshine786 I advise you to read through all the requirements again, as it's so easy to miss out something. I've read mine literally 5 times and still confused. We submitted all the evidence we had for the past 5 years.

When I applied in October I wasn't aware that you can put your EU spouse as a first applicant. Is this something new or something I've missed out? Also, is the timeline the same and what's the difference?

i have been advised on this forum that we can apply together using same form,not sure about timeline i think its all depends on case worker.i am sending our eea4 tommorow.
could i ask you that did you send last 5years proofs of employment of eea national?or since they come to this country.
they dont really ask for non eea national employment history ..?

hi vicky_062004 for the past 5 years only. We might have some evidence slightly before as we requested employment history from the HRMC and they have generic forms for the certain periods. I've submitted my history employment too as I was continuously employed as well. I guess this is just extra to support the application.

Thanks a lot mihbos for your quick reply.one last question .in biomatric section says .Do not fill if you are a eea national.complete if any non eea nationals applying with eea national.

CAN I LEAVE 1. BLANK and write my details on next 1.2 non eea member.
Reason i am asking in non eea section in address says write address if different from question 1.but we spposed to leave it blank section 1 because main applicant is eea national???

This is from the topic DCPR for EEA citizens application timeline

Did you tell them that you had have actually held permanent residence for more than 12 months? You DO NOT have to wait for 12 months after receiving the PR document/card before you apply for naturalisation, if you have already held PR for 12 months! This has been confirmed by the Home Office.

I am a bit worried.. I sent my application on the 4th of November and its now the 17th...My card has not been charged so far and I have not received any letter from the UKBA whether my application was received. Can you please advise who I can contact. Thanks!

Just to give an update on what happened to my application. The UKBA have returned my documents stating that I do not have a valid form of payment. Unfortunatley my name on my bank card is my married name and I am using my maiden name on my application. I resubmitted my application on the 4th of December... Received instructions for biometrics on the 17th of December and then got my Certificate of Application last Monday 11th of January. Basing it on other peoples experiences, I might not get my visa until 4-6 months after. I'm just wondering if its possible to actually fly out within the EU using just the Certificate of application. THank you for your kind responses.

Hi toni34, after first maternity leave she came back part time 16h a week. And did so from 2013 till 2015 and went on second maternity leave in 2015 . I did provide it my wifes maternity letter from job stating when she is leaving and when she is ment to coming back also the letter the day she came back to work , because in 2015 she went on second maternity leave I did also provide it second letter when she is leaving and when she is ment to came back. At the same tame my wife took HSF insurance for all the family from 2013 till present . Hope that helps a bit.
