Hi Amber/Aurnoc/Senior members,

I have applied for my ILR SET(LR) this month. As my dependent's visa expires next month, I would be sending the dependent's FLR(M) application next week. I am going to request them to hold the FLR(M) application until a decision has been made on my SET(LR) application. My dependent entered UK as a PSW dependent in July 2011 and currently as a Tier 2 General dependent since Sept 2011.

While filling the FLR(M) application, I have got few queries.

1. In section 2 (Page 12), what option should I tick for 2.1, as I am not yet a settled person in UK ?

2. We have answered "No" for question in 2.2. What option should we tick for the question 2.3 (Page 12) ?

3. What should I fill for question 3.15 (Page 15) ? It asks when did I obtain settlement but I wouldn't have at the time of submitting this FLR(M) application.

I would be grateful if you could address these above queries.

I applied for FLR M after hubby had received his ILR
Best to ask Shahjee as many people on that thread filed FLR M for their spouses together with their SET LR. I do remember Shahjee suggested to leave it empty and to mention in cover letter that HO put the FLR application on hold and you are leaving such n such questions unanswered.

My friend have got ILR and have 3 kids holding British Passports .....needs to apply for wife visa but he cannot meet financial requirement which is £18600/=....but he earns only £9000/ .....so what option he has got to apply for wife visa......He cannoy apply for her FLRM Bcoz he cannot fullfill the threshold. ....please adivise much appreciated.

my wife had tier 1 dependent visa valid till 31 july 2012. she again applied for entry clearance outside uk on 4Th july 2012 and got approved on 13 july 2012. can she apply for ilr on 2 year rule. she is in the uk for last 2.5 years

That depends on how you have got or would get your ILR.

i just checked her passport. first entry clrearance expired on 1-7-2012. went to india on 30-6-2012and applied on 4th july got approval on 18th july 2012.
i am tier 1 general and will complete 5 years on 1-7-2015. i want to apply for ilr on 12 june 2015 along with my wife.
