Hi , yes we got our confirmation that it was recieved and then the not straight forward email which by looking through here seems pretty normal now .. was your application granted

They are saying it is no more 15 working days. got the email yesterday

When did you apply, where did you apply from

Where did you apply from , maybe its worth trying to follow up on it .

Hey guys , here is my timeline

Biometrics / application : 25 February 2021 , Dubai
Email reply that a decision was made : 19 April 2021

It took overall nearly 2 months from the date of biometrics until a decision was made by UKVI

My question is , how long will it take for the visa application centre to contact me to collect my passport , its been 3 days now since the email and I was just wondering how long it will roughly take , I was told by a friend that the visa application centre sends the passports to the British High commission in Dubai and they will have to send the passport and the decision to the visa application centre who will then contact me , is this correct? Or am I mistaken

Hello. I hope someone can give me recommendations what we can do. Im Russian citizen my husband is Romanian citizen. We got married in that year in 16.03.2021.
We are in relationship from September 2019. We know each other from 2018.
The problem is we got married in that year ( we could not do it before because of pandamic, we planned to do it before and we have the evidences about it. But unfortunately i could not come to Romania and he could not come to Russia.
If i can apply now euss family permit or not? What we can do in my situation. Because we don't have 2 years relationship.

Has anyone had any success complaining against an unlawful, arrogant refusal ??

In my case the UKVI New Delhi completely ignored EU passport submitted in 2 formats - as pdf and jpg
and refused because the major evidence was "missing".

I have no idea whether it was a gross negligence by the UKVI clerk or done on purpose or VFS had misplaced some of the evidence.

I still cannot believe this !
