I am assuming that you posted this for my attention in connection to my last post. The date my husband submitted his application was May 28, not sure what happened with the emoticons making its way on to the post.
He has since received a biometric invitation letter and has already enrolled his biometric, only awaiting outcome of his application.
My husband applied the same day as you. Two other people who applied on the same day has already received their passports back with ILR granted. My husband did his biometric on 1.08.12, so i guess it won't be long now, before we all hear some good news from them.t4tifa wrote:hi i applied 28 may. and completed my biomatric (6/8/2012) after that there is no news .... need lots of prays.... thanks

is your husband visa has any gaps ? just in case that may be a reason for long time, and hope you will be in tier 4 dependent, how you going to apply after your husband ILR ?meemyself&I wrote:My husband applied the same day as you. We did not request SAR before applying, however to the best of our knowledge there is no gap. All applications were sent before the expiry date of the previous visa. Having said that, there was a situation wherein one application was sent but with a wrong fee, so he was asked to resubmit his application with the correct fee, within a certain period, and he did that within the specified time.z18runway wrote:is your husband visa has any gaps ? just in case that may be a reason for long time, and hope you will be in tier 4 dependent, how you going to apply after your husband ILR ?meemyself&I wrote:My husband applied the same day as you. At the moment, I am on tier 4 dependent, however, I have been on it for the last 9 years, so i am hoping to apply directly for ILR on the basis of my husband being settled in the UK after his ILR. We have two children who were born in the UK, so we will be applying for them using Form MN1 and then British passport afterwards.
Anxiously waiting for positive outcome.
PS - he has been on 10 years student visa all throughout. Travelling out of the UK within the 10 year period is less than 20 days
Quoted from "t4tifa" - THANKS THE ALLAH ALMIGHTY .... i got ilr .... i only recived my passport ...... hope my card come soon .... THANKS FOR EVERY ONE WHO PRAY .... MY PRAYS WITH ALL THOSE PERSON WHO R STILL W8ING ........t4tifa wrote:my visa is rejected in 2008 and i win my appeal .....they gave me visa after 10 month ..... hope this dont make any difference .....
Don't worry, keep positive. One thing I have learnt is that there are no two person's case that will be the same. What one caseworker will take seriously, another caseworker will overlook. So let's hope that yours is overlooked. Keep positive and hang on in there, its only a matter of days or at most 2 weeks (by God's grace). This is my personal opinion.Desigirl wrote:hello32 wrote:hello ever one
"on 1st June 2012 I received my passport back with the refusal as I have 6 days gap, as when I applied in 2009 my visa was going to expire on 30th of September I sent my application on 24th and got application back on 18th November 2009 because of invalid photos UKBA gave me 28 days to submit new application or sent them same application with new photos I was granted visa but when I applied ILR they refused and said that I had 52 days gap"
I am now scared as I have read Hello32's post, I am also in a similar situation, as in 2008 my application was returned due to incorrect photos , within a week I had sent the correct photos, did anyone else have this situation?
I pray God please send the people in this forum our ILR without hassle and with haste.
Thank you for your positive message memyself&I, you telling me to stay positive while you yourself are also waiting makes me feel better than if someone who has no idea what I am going through had said it.meemyself&I wrote:
