I called and they said they'd return the call within 2 business days. Never happened.

Managed to log back in again.... applied on the 27th still no news I did call HO last week Wednesday. Someone promised someone will call me back within 3 days. Never left the phone since but then got tired of waiting, did not hear the ringtone through my bag at 4:55 pm on Monday ! Gutted.

I have received a letter now that I did not provide sufficient evidence that I had comprehensive medical insurance whilst I was a student. (2008-2013)
If I don't provide original documentation in 2 weeks, application will be rejected.

Were you entitled to use NHS why you were here? i.e.: Were you an EU citizen?

yes I was.
I was registered with the GP via my college in Oxford. I have asked for proof of that documentation.
I am worried that it will still be rejected though..

Yeah send that over to them. Our solicitor successfully argued in my wife's PR case that as she was entitled to use the NHS and contributed to it, that should be counted as her health insurance.

Not sure I can argue that I "contributed" to it but it's worth a try..

At last sime good news! Received my approval today with letter dated the 4/9/2015. Half expecting a refusal due to the length of time it took! Now over to the passport battle: old passport in maiden name!

Hi all. Almost forgotten about the ceremony! Still waiting for the 2nd brown envelope from the council.
