Home Office received additional information: 10/03/15
Phoned them on 15/04/2015: man on the phone was very kind to explain that they can not see anything on the screen for the applications made less when 6 months ago, basicly HO contacts applicants if they need any more information on the case and if they did not receive information they asked for. also nice voice on the phone said to me, that all cases are different and all cases take different time scale to do checks on them. Well for the next 7 and a half weeks nothing I can do just wait and enjoy nice weather
Phoned to HO on 13/05/15: Lady on the phone took my mobile number and e-mail and she said someone going to contact me about my application.
19/05/15 received phone call from HO: Lady on the phone said that my application still under consideration and I should receive letter any time soon. She said that there is no problems with application and she can't tell nothing more until decision will be made. so I'm back in my waiting shoes lol after 15 days will be 6 months of waiting
Date approval received: Finally I received my approval!!!!! 21/05/15 ( dated 19/05/15)
Just left to book ceremony date and will be finished Good luck to everyone who still waiting.

finally after 5 months i have received my approval. Only problem is i have received my ceremony letter but not the home office approval.

My ceremony is set for the 8th but i am going to try and get an earlier one or book private one.

In the letter it states i need to bring the home office letter but i havent received it. Does anyone know if i can do the ceremony without the letter?

I m still waiting too, applied at the end of Dec 2014 and haven't heard anything exceot "your application is still engoing and a decision has not been mad yet" don't know how to interpretate this, any idea?

Big thank you to all of you I really hope you all going to receive your good news any time soon, trust me I know the feeling when you waitting for the post man every day with hope that he will drop brown or special delivery letter in your post box..

I did receive my and my childs approval letter the same day in the same envelope on the same sheet of paper. I received one letter for both of us I hope tomorrow to receive invitation letter for the ceremony, if I will not receive it tomorrow I will try to phone to my council on Tuesday and I will try my luck to book ceremony without the invitation

Still waiting.
I will call them next week as it will be six months then and if they still say under consideration I will get in touch with my local MP.

Yes I called HO yesterday and I told it been 6 month! But she aske couple of question like did I chenge address or do I have share mail box lobloblobloblob!!!!
I said no every thing same as before and I want to know did you decide or not ? But she said she can't give me any update and actually she doesn't access to any information and I must wait for any letter from my case worker!!!
They can do any thing and actually no one has any update that's I believe , I waiting for more week and will write a letter to HO

I got a letter from HO about my Naturalisation application made 4th Dec.
The letter stated where an applicant has not been compliant with the UK immigration laws in the 10 year period prior to the date of application the application will normally be refused.

They indicated i was here without a valid leave in the UK between 3 september 2010 when my leave to remain expired and i left the UK 6th August 2011 to my home country to regain entry clearance. the reason for this to happen was my application for my spouse visa 15 August 2010 this was rejected due to funds not taken from my account and got a letter on 26th November 2010 deemed invalid and was asked to reapply.

I reapplied on the 18th of Dec 2010 but got another letter on 11th Jan saying i used the wrong form. i immediately made another application using the right form in Jan received acknowledgement letter 4th of April and was sent a letter for biometrics on 6th April. On the 13th April i received a decision that my application has been refused due to the fact that i made a valid application after my leave to remain expired on the 3rd of september 2010. My wife was the one taking up all the maintenance and up keep as I had to leave my job immediately at the time.

I seeked legal advice and was finally advised to go to my home country to re apply which i did on the 6th of August 2011. So the letter is asking in order that we may give further consideration to your application please state how you were maintaining yourself in the country during this period and provide appropriate evidenceie wage slips, benefit letters, evidence of other income. please provide this information by the 18th May. Failure to send required informationby the given date will result in the application being refused. anyone please advice....thanks

yes, I called 2 time but really they don't know anything more than us.
