Okay, got my approval yesterday and thought i'd share with you all considering the complexity of my case

Eligibility criteria: Permanent Residence since 2009
Language criteria met: Life in the UK
Method of application: NCS
Date of application: 19 June 2015
Payment method: Credit Card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 23rd June 2015
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 6 July 2015
Date of acknowledgement: None
Date of receipt by Biometric info: 8 July 2015
Date of Submission of Biometric info: 10 July 2015
Date approval received: Dated 13 November, Received 17 November
Date of ceremony: ...yet to book

This is where it gets interesting. Convictions disclosed

Drink Driving Conviction - April 2012
CCJ - June 2009. Not made full payment
Driving without UK licence - July 2008

All the above convictions were disclosed, yet got my approval within the 6 month processing time.

I wish you all the best, it would have been so embarrassing if i were to be denied. All my family and mates have had their applications approved. May the good Lord be with you all. Think positive and have a clean heart. shit happens, as long as you have not committed a murder or any kind of criminal activity that landed you in Jail, disclose any other non custodial conviction you may have. Congrats mate... my husband applied under 3 year rule on 11th, but they didn't even touch it until the following Monday....15th. June and we are still waiting! hopefully not much longer xx

Congrats mate. That's what we require from HO. Only approvals for people who have minor offences or old convictions because they have paid for what they did and now they are playing a positive roll in society.

It should be a very straightforward case but I am still waiting... I was hoping it would be quick as they took the payment and asked for biometrics straight away, but that didn't mean much.

Give it a few weeks and then email them. Not much longer to wait until it's been 6 months...can't really do much up until then.

It appears that EU applicants are worked on slower rate, I'm Europe straight forward case and still waiting, one week and it will be 6 months since I've applied.

It's been an odd one - applied on 27th June, Biometrics was done on 21st September ( very late compared to others) and received approval yesterday.

personally I don't think I'd have your patience if we were still waiting! I'd first send them a letter and await a response. if nothing then approach MP ...

Ok I will send letter next Friday , also email tonight they will give reply by tomorrow last time they sent me reply in 10 hours.

Had twice private number call last week I missed both calls. For most Pakistani nationals they taking almost six months or more told by solicitor.

One of my friend applied March 2014 still waiting no problem with history they said still in process. He also spoke to case worker when he made complaint and lady called him after week nothing wrong with application processing normally now he not bother to call or send email or contact mp any more.
