Now today I booked an appointment for his British Passport as fast track service as well for 19 Jan 2015.

Hope his British passport will help a lot in my Mrs / his mom appeal.

Will do,

Just waiting for the British passport of my child.
Today they taken the fee £80 of my Mrs FTT, hoping will get the hearing date soon as well.
By the way I have opted for the written hearing, I might change it to the oral hearing, probably close to its date or once I received my child passport.

Thanks

Well I was expecting my child reg certificate ll come late but it came early. Now either can I change it to oral hearing or what are the chances winning the case in paper one?

I spoke to couple of lawyers in Glasgow as well, they charging a fortune. Just for initial consultation it's £ 150 and for hearing it's at least a grand. I don't know what to do. Is there any other way around it?

It ll be really helpful if some moderater send me a link of some successful case hearing similar to mine

Thanks

That is quite a lot.

The problem is the lawyers there are very poor . If they can provide good service , that will be ok.

Further to my case if anyone can guide me:

I have not received appeal hearing date so far for my Mrs FLR (FP) refused application.
Should I give FTT a phone call? Will it help?

Appeal History:

Appealed 6 Jan 2015 - opted for paper hearing
Fee taken after 12 days - £ 80
26 Jan 2015 - Made a request to switch to Oral hearing from Paper. Attached the payment form to pay additional £60 of Oral hearing.

But after thatI have not received any response from Tribunal, not even a balanced fee of £60 been taken.

I have ILR and my UK born child has even received his British Passport.

Please guide me what should I do? Wait or Contact Tribunal?
