I got the HSMP approval in jan .
I am taking some financial help from my father, to show the bank balance in my account. however i need the Format of the letter which states that money credited in my account is a gift from him.

Hey please send me the format for that letter.
Aslo do i need to show any details about the status of my father's account since he would take this money from his PF account.

I have submitetd my documents to EC on 7 Feb. How I come to know whether Integra is over for me. As I work for 25000+ company. I donot have the contact point of my employer.

Please let me know the mail id of BHC Chennai to which we need to send a mail to get the status.

and submitted my affidavit of suupot from my dad along with sale deed.

for accomadtion ihave taken it from ymca.

THE REASON WHY THEY ASK FOR PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT PRROFS IS THAT IT MAY ADD VALUE TO YOUR APPLICATION. IT JUST TO CONVINCE THE CASE WORKER THAT YOU HAVE VAST EXPERIENCE TO GAIN A JOB EASILY IN UK.

YES YOU CAN SHOW MONEY IN UR PPF ACCOUNT AND ALSO MUTUAL FUNDS AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT HAVE LOCKIN PERIOD (SOME TAX SAVING MUTUAL FUNDS HAVE 3 YEARS LOCKIN PERIOD)
As me and my husband both will be applying for EC together. What all can we show under this category. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, MARRIAGE PHOTOGRAPHS, UR HUSBAND'S EMPLOYMENT HISTORY ETC

I applied for HSMP -Feb 1st week. Now, I've recieved an offer for MBA from a reputed UK univ, which came as a surprise,and I dont want to turn down the offer . If I get my HSMP and then file for a student VISA, will my HSMP gets void? Nad If i wanna apply for HSMP after my studies, say after 1 year, do I need to apply under the extention category or a new one?..Please advise. Any valid pointers are much appreciated, many thanks

You can very well stick to your HSMP but to my knowledge you can take up a part time study for the MBA program if you wish so...

Hi Dude,
i Caught somewhere in the forum you mentioning affidavit from father and "sale deed".

Actually i am having to get some deposit from a relative as well but i have been advised by a friend to get a GIFT DEED as a clear cut indicator of that the funds are now mine.

What is this SALE DEED ? I thought sale deed was proof of selling something.

Also is affidavit sufficient or should one get a gift deed. ?

Hi

I will be applying for EC for myself along with my wife. However I have some doubts regarding EC process

1. WhichVisa form needs to be filled for EC, by the dependant ie for my wife VAF2 or VAF4

2. Whats the accurate bank balance that we need to show

3. IF we have some savings in PPF can we show those in liquid assets, (as PPF money get locked for few years and we cannot withdraw that right now if we need money) (in case yes what are the proofs required for the same)

4. Also if we add up to something like 4.5 lakhs in our bank accounts, is this amount enough liquid asset for both of us... can we also show some jewellery as our asset ( again if YES we show this wht are the docs required)

5.Also this money is spread in three different saving accounts is that fine? ( Our Current salary accounts + one of my wife's older salary account)

6. We have 2 credit card also, one with each of us .. CAN we also show them as our liquid assets

All those who are waiting ... Best of luck.
All those who are rejected ... i'm really worried.

I have applied EC on 8th of Feb.
Since i work for a big company i'm not sure about my integra.
I want confirm one thing on my assets i have shown.
I have shown 2 lakhs gift deposited by my dad ,50 thousand in my salary account,90 thousand provident fund and 35 thosuand shares.
Total Rs 3,75,000/-

The problem is with the gifted money :
There were lots of transaction happened in my dads account during last 15 days to fill the 2 lacs amount.
Will this create problem. i'm really worried of this.
I dont have a job offer. i have provided job search details.
Gurus Please respond.

Docs provided for assets:

My bank statements
Sponsers bank statement
Sponsers covering letter
Gift deed
Pf Statement.
shares certificate
prinout of net worth of my shares.
In addition i have submitted LIC of Rs: 1,50,000.
