Hi again Jack,

Sorry if I didn't make it clear, but that is my point. I do NOT know! I've been told different things. But basically, even if your appeal has been allowed (like mine) and you know the HO isn't appealing that decision, then I believe this period still comes under the appeal period and will remain so until you get your actual visa. So again, I've been told varying things - I personally am playing it safe by not surpassing 20hrs a week because even the person who told me you can work full-time following graduation said this was for 4 months after graduation only and for me that time has well and truly come and gone so I'm playing it safe. I hope that helps to answer your question.

Thnaks for clarifying this. See thats why i am asking, Diff people say different things even in HO. They dont even know this, i am sticking with 20 hrs as well JUST IN CASE. Thanks a lot. But if you get any other infor related to this please dont forget ti share with me and rest of the people here. I'll do the same.

I just came across your posts. I too have an appeal on 30th April and am looking for an example of a witness statement. Would it be possible to send me a copy of this as soon as possible please?
