I have exactly the same timeline as you in the passport application. BUT, I only received my interview invitation letter today (21st) but NOT my passport and naturalisation certificate. Did they return your passport and naturalisation certificate with your interview letter?

I received them on same day I had the interview - 20th Aug afternoon which was a day after I received the appointment letter. My interview was in the morning and the documents arrived in the afternoon post.

One of the questions asked at the interview was if I have received the documents that were returned to me. And I answered "not yet". Hope it won't cause confusion.

I only got one letter, i do not know it is ceremory letter or I have to wait, but I just called my local citizenship ceremory office, they aske me the HO reference number and Poll/Cover Note NO, they matched their record, and they just said I can go for the ceremory. Maybe you can try as well, not need to wait for the ceremory letter.

Hello my Dear brother glad to read your last post and know that you've received your passport interview letter, and sorry for my late response just been so busy didn't have the chance to log in, anyway i received a letter on saturday the 21st saying that they've received my application however the fees weren't correct maybe due to an out of date leaflet!! although i used the check and send service to avoid any error!!! so they said that there is £16 has to be paid or i am entitled to full refund as my application will be rejected!!!(i dont know who to blame here but it's not me surely) so i called the number provided in that letter luckily they were open that day (saturday) and made the required payment. so far that's it from my side now waiting for the interview letter.
you know mashaalah i have good luck dealing with the HO, after over 8 years battling i thought it was over, however even at the very last step i should be prepared for surprises!!!
anyway i am not in rush as i know sooner or later i'll get it.

Hello All,

I applied for Registration as a British Citizen on August 9th, and received an acknowledgement letter dated 12th of August ( I received it on 18th Aug).

I have seen some mention of a Home Office website through which one can track these applications, but I have not been able to find it myself. Could someone point me in the right direction ?
