Three separate envelopes all addressed to my husband who was the main applicant.

I am extremey thankful to all the forum members even when when I was anxious and was asking stupid questions they gave me assurance and replied.

I cant mention all the names but specifically I am thankful to Sushdmehta, Amber, CR001. noajthan, geriatrix, secret.simon and its a long list.

It's roughly 10 working days after the ceremony. I attended ceremony on 6th but still waiting for passport. Hope I get it soon as need this for travel.

I attended my ceremony on Wednesday 4th May and am also still waiting for my passport.
Thought my days of endless waiting and checking the mail were over! Hopefully it comes sooner rather than later.

Hi MQ,

My ceremony was on the 10th of May. Dxdelivery attempted to deliver my passport yesterday the 16th of May. Unfortunately I was not at home so I have rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow so hopefully I will receive my passport tomorrow. So in my case it took only 6 days..

Yes, I received a text from the passport office on the 13th of May stating that my passport would be delivered in a few days. My passport was also printed on the 13th of May.

I've emailed and rang them. Emails got passed around saying they would get back to me, but no reply.
Just rang the passport office and they said they're waiting on documentation from the Home Office (??!?!?) and basically there's nothing I can do.

No text, nothing received.
I have to travel on 5th June, and not really sure what to do at this point.

I'm not stressed out about it, yet.
I am more confused though about what documentation they need from the Home Office. They mentioned further checks as well which makes no sense at all.

I am guessing but documentation could be your photo and passport application form and other things which we dont know ( internal processes) . Try not to stress, you have got through the difficult part of the process.

Alhumdulliah got my first British passport today.
It took 8 days in total after receiving my ceremony.
