Ho need to see therapist I think .if they knew it was invalid application y they deduct the fee and make u wait for so long.unsure wrote:I really am an idiot, I think I need to see a therapist or something.
I just spoke to the HO and he told me that I didnt even need to make this request. He advised me to write a letter to them and withdraw my request loool or because ive waited for so long I can jsut continue to wait for it.
I dont know.
I think u should seek advice from lawyer before withdrawal of ur application.unsure wrote:^ I dont know...I was thinking of jsut writing a letter and saying if my request is being dealt with already then fine..but if not then just send it back to me.
I dont care about the fee...they can keep it, I just want the certificate back.
What do you think??

I already asked a lawyer like 2 months ago and he told me I didnt need to send this request application because
my passport is already correct.
I already sent a letter to them though today asking them to send it back to me if they havnt started work on it or if they are then to advise me when I should expect it ba
ck.
But why do you think I shud seek advice from a lawyer?
The person I spoke to on the phone from HO advised me to do it.
