i thought they stopped processing until 1st Oct. obviously i'm wrong.

I think they have not stopped processing because on the 23 Sep 2013 I got my Visa. I applied on 13 June 2013 after a long time and stressful time finally got good news, I applied on the self employment and two of my clients told me that they got some verification in the start of Sep and they sent back to HO, but after reading some posts that everybody is getting letters from HO that all the application will be treated under new rule so I was worried because I did not received any such letter so finally I got all of documents with BRP. Thanks to Allah Pak, and everybody will be fine who applied before 01-10-2013 just need to pay the tax on the previous claimed points.
