Set up a redirect with the Royal Mail i.e. any post to your old address is automatically sent to your new address.Gazilion wrote:Dear All,Gazilion wrote:Eligibility criteria: 5year + 1 yr ILR

I am concerned about an issue. I moved home and changed my address. I have sent the HO my new address which was used to send me acknowledgement letters. However, the Self addressed envelope which accompanied the application still bears the old address. What do I do as I do not want them to send the documents to my old address or get confused after I have changed my address using their website.
Any suggestion will be appreciated please.
Gazilion.
call council see what they asking if they told bring approval latter than contect HO otherwise carry on that's not your fault;)Sirigama wrote:Hi,
I have not received the brown envelope for approval of the application so far. But today I have received an invitation letter from the council asking me to attend the citizenship ceremony.
Is the brown envelope lost in post then? Do I have to contact Home office about it?
Thanks.
May just be a slight delay with the post. Wait and see if it arrives this week.Sirigama wrote:Hi,

I have applied on 5th of May (Joint applications for 2). One of the biometric was done this month (19th Oct). So you are still in a better position. I'm sure you will get it soon.tentativetaz wrote:mona12 wrote:Hi
Is there anyone who applied on 5th may 2015 and is still waiting? I applied on 5th May and now its only a week left to reach the 6th month timeline. Worried if anything is wrong
Applied on 5 May n still waiting.....never anticipated that the waiting period would be sooo emotionally draining!
