you should put "your name" trading as "XYZ" alternatively put "your name (sole trader). In the business address just put your home address.

Hey, whoever is waiting for over 6 months and havent heard from HO, why dont u try this following link to raise the issue to the independant body. It will for sure work and HO will have to take it seriously.

Ombudsman will not take your complain straight away rather than they accept complains only coming form MP's so any one who wants to complain to Ombudsman regarding UKVi need to go through their MP's.

I received my acknowledgement letter yesterday (15 April) and the ceremony will be in May

So I had to wait 5 months and 10 days
