sushdmehta wrote:Here's the update to my partner's extension application (Initial HSMP approval: March 2006):
FLR application received: 02-May-08
Payment deducted: 02-May-08
Documents returned: 11-Jun-08
FLR approved: 03-Jun-08
Endorsements
Tier 1 FLR issued: 09-Jun-08
Tier 1 FLR valid until: 03-Jun-11
Had referred to JR in the cover letter, but included all necessary evidence (please see page 1) to qualify under Tier 1.
Hope this helps.

sushdmehta wrote:The initial leave to remain was valid until 11-May and yes, the isssue date on the new endorsement shows 09-Jun.
But this *gap* shouldn't be a problem at any stage since the grant of FLR confirms that the application was received in time (before expiry of current leave). Else, BIA will refuse application straight away anyway - law doesn't allow you to apply after expiry of current leave.
So, don't see a reason to worry! What's on your mind?

The ackowledgement letter which came to my home with ref. no. quoted that the applciation will be procesed in 28 days and if i don hear anything within this time i can contact the HO.
today i called the HO and came to know that the procsg time for FLR with HSMP approval letter is 10 weeks.![]()

There is no HSMP endorsement anymore. HSMP scheme died of old age in UK on 29-Feb.sagarjv wrote:In your post you wrote that you rcvd Tier 1 FLR. does this mean now your application is converted to Tier 1?
By the way, i sent the documents on the expire date. Is it ok or not? I have post office stamp on that date. (16/06) and HO has deducted money 350 already. my wife adn son are with me so they are free of charge.ethan wrote:I just sent my applicaion to HO. I have two works. I have provided both P60 forms and 6 months payment slips. I have provided the fulltime job contract and letter. however i did not include part time job contract and letter from my Uni. WIll they ask me to provide the letter? Based on the forms it did not mention it. I do not know if i need to provide the second letter or not. any ideas? thanks a lot!
If this is an extension application (your current HSMP visa is nearing expiry and you have applied for extension of leave to remain), then you have to pay 750 pounds and not 350 pounds. See this.ethan wrote:By the way, i sent the documents on the expire date. Is it ok or not? I have post office stamp on that date.
