EC was to have expired on Nov 15, 2005 so applied exactly 2 months in advance. Please note that a new FLR(IED) form needs to be used Sept 15 onwards.
Package (as per recommended order in 10-leaf clear-folder file)
Application
Passport + 2 photos
Summary page: useful personal info, synopsis of economic activity + earnings + enclosed documentary evidence
Evidence: Contract letters, P-45, P-60, payslips (5), bank statements (7)
Prepaid next-day delivery envelope
Received confirmation of receipt via post on Tuesday, Sept 20, 2005
Received passport + documents on Thursday, Sept 22, 2005 in good condition. 3-year residence permit stamped. The whole process took exactly 1 calendar week without any hitch.
Hi Noddy, they use recorded 1st class delivery (if you don't include the special delivery envelope). so your passport can be tracked. but it's not insured.noddy214 wrote:Hi Guys!!!
Here is a question for all those who applied for their extention and had organised for a prepaid next day delivery envelope.
Did the HO guys use it or do they follow their own proccedure and mail as regular mail??
Look forward to a reply from one of you.
Noddy
No you don't need to send the photocopies, just the originals. They make their own photocopies.raj wrote:Hi, Please tell me following:
