Hello,

i need some help with my visa further stay.

story starts like this

I came to UK in Oct 08 as student and my course was 1yr.

i have successfully finished 8 modules and if i finish 9(diploma) + dissertation (MBA) i use to be awarded.
due to 2 times fail in 1 subject they asked me to re attend the module and also they said i need to pay £900 for module and £2500 for dissertation addition.

based at that time my financial situation i skipped and stayed until i finish my visa and went to India (June 2011) (Visa has finished 30th August 2011).

i got married and again i applied for student visa to my wife and dependent visa for me.

we came back to UK in Dec 2011.

recently i got Prof job with salary of £16500/an

the company which i am working had sponsorship licence and sponsored to one of my friend who is working from 2009, he got renewal next march (2013).
he expecting the company will renew their licence and sponsor him again for extension he is getting £24000 now.

now my question is.

if i work in this company if they will to sponsor me am i eligible?
(I got my current visa validity until Nov 2013)

am i meeting the requirements to request for sponsorship? if not what i should?

i may get my salary hike if i change company after 6-8 months but hard to get who is having and willing to sponsor.

is there any options for me?

I don't think your earnings is enough. 20K minimum.

Look into Tier2 section. You can find answers to every question. First read the general guideline then ask questions if you are not clear.

Hello,

thank you.

i have recently applied for a position and spoken to consultancy, explained them my situation.

i received a call yesterday from them and he is saying "one of the company is came forward to sponsor me",

pay hourly £7.85 and 60hr/week.

they agreed to give sponsorship letter and i know that they already sponsored some of my known(working in that company now).

so my question is.....

what are the requirements from my side to get sponsored?

my UK qualification is CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (i cleared only 105 credits if i clear another 15 i get diploma in business management).

please post any other documents and requirements.

You won't get a tier 2 visa for a job paid at £7.85 per hour. Would suggest you read through the guidance in the links already provided to you.
