Slightly confusion on my wife visa issue date.
She got visa on 4-Jan-2012 and arrived on 3-Mar-2012.
As per UKBA:
| Quote: | If you delayed your entry to the UK
If you were given a visa in this category but you then delayed your travel to the UK by up to 3 months, you can apply for settlement using application form SET(M) shortly before your visa expires. Provided you meet all the other requirements, we will put your application on hold until you have completed your 2-year qualifying period in the UK. |
Can we both apply for ILR at the same time? |

My wife is planning to go on holidays for 2 months next year and I am planning to apply for ILR on 4-Nov-2013 at PEO.
She meet 2 years marriage requirement and there is a 3 months grace period as per UKBA website.

Q. Can my wife apply for ILR at the same time?
Q. Does 2 months period has any significant affect on the ILR application?
Thank you. |

After reading faq's twice. What I understand is, she needs to complete 2 years with me in UK in total to be eligible for ILR. So if there are zero absences, she will be eligible for ILR on 3-Mar-2014?
Please advise. |
