I currently hold a Indian passport with a valid UK work permit. In my new job, I am required to travel to various destinations in Europe for business purpose on short notice. Can can some one please clarify the following issue for me?

1. Can I get a schegan business visa valid for a year, allowing me multiple entries before planning the trip. Since I will have to travel on short notice, it is convenient to have a visa sorted immediately so that when a trip is needed, it can be taken without any visa hassle. Therefore, is it possible to apply for a visa without any real travel tickets or accommodation booked...though I will have a letter from the company saying that when ever the trips happen, they will be sorting these for me.

2. I have heard the Business schenegan visas are restricted to the countries that issue them. Is this true? Though my main business contact will be in Belgium, I may have to travel all over europe for business. I thought the a schenegan business visa would take care of this...please advice.
