I have a feeling they refused him. I want to know what is the next step how to do appeal and do we have to pay the fees again

Why do you think you will fail?

You can appeal. I think approx £100 and is about 6 months for appeal date.

Apparently quicker and better to reapply if you meet the new requirements which have come in

I have a feeling I don't know why. My salary is not 18000 as in the new rule I will stock at this point.

Why the new rule will affect us while we applied on the 30 may

It's £18,600 before tax.

Savings is acceptable if have for atleast 6 months but you need to have £16,000 plus 2.5x whatever you are short.

Ie if you earn £14,500 you will need £26,250 savings.

I will never have that much savings lol

I have my degree I will have a job soon but it would be unfair if they refused him we give them proof since we were in a relationship 2004, we covered everything I used to study and work full time at the same time we are together 10 years and 2 years married they don't care about us they are destroying other life just like that

So you don't have a job now? Do you have savings? Or did you include third party support?

As you applied before 9th July you need to have atleast £112 per week left From wages after rent etc paid. Has he got a job offer and did you have savings?

My salary was the basic which is around 1200 month before tax. I have a saving of £13000. No they said it's not important to have a job offer for him

first new rules wont effect you cos you applied before 9 jul .

second you need to meet financial requirements its 111.59 weekly for you and your hubby after rent and council tax .

if you have kid you need 65 weekly .

your salary 1200 monthly its enough so inshaa allah your hubby will get it soon and we have part lol . Very Happy
