I want to make an appointment for premium service.

After logging in it shows ' You do not currently have any transactions. You should not book an appointment unless you have already submitted an application and you have been informed that your service requires an appointmen'

Do i need to apply online first? But i think from UK we can't apply online, only the paper application form is available for uk candidates.

Anyways i haven't got any slot available for next two months. is it for the website maintainance (notice board 12th july)? or the website is ok now?
