hi.. one of my cousin and his wife were refused under paragraph 320(21) for a visitor visa in year 2005 stating that he has submitted false documents from his employment I.e salary certificate. And his wife was a housewife. they got right to appeal but they didnt said anything and just let it go. But now his wife wants to apply for visitor visa alone to UK. So, can she apply for that or is she banned for 10 years???

please help me!!!!!!!

The letter stated that we havde verified that the documents you provided regarding your employmnet i.e salary certificate is not genuine document. therefore ur application is refused in accordance with paragraph 320(21) of immigration rules which states that an entry cleaance should be refused when an applicant submits a false document in support of an application. Nd secondly they have not mentioned anything like 10 years ban in the leter.
