Am getting very worried now - have not received my passport or the BRP card yet - others from the same day seem to have received all their documents back.

Please any advise on how to check the status of documents or BRP cards.
Should I complain to anyone or write to the MP?

Thanks

Hi Guys

They told me same thing to call me but they never called me yet and I went to Croydon office on Friday but they said they posted my passport on Thursday and give me reference number of Royal mail but that number is useless as its only for signed for item and you can not track it.
Whats point of paying premium fees..
I am still waiting for both things. its really frustrating, some one should complain about this as its our passport and if its lost in middle no one will take responsibility.

My appointment at the Liverpool PEO for SET 0 application is next month and I'm not sure if i have the complete documents required... At the moment I am providing the following documents;

3 months bank statement
3 months pay slip
Letter from employer
Passport with WP visa
A Life in the UK test pass notification letter

Based on my understanding of the SET 0 form as a work permit holder these are the only documents i need to provide.. Could someone please advice if i need to provide any other documents?

Thanks a lot.

You should carry below docs -

1. SET(O) form 04/2012 version
2. LIUK (yourself & dependent)
3. 12 Salary slips + 1 P60 + 12 bank stmts showing salary credits
4. Passports + photos
5. Old hsmp+T1 approval letters
6. other P60 for last 4 yrs
7. Latest 3 months bank stmts
9. Bachelor degree certificates

Cohab docs :

a. 2 yrs Council Tax (on both names)
b. 2 yrs Water bills (on both names)
c. 2 yrs Credit cards stmt (on both names)
d. NHS + voter cards - if you have
e. NI , Driving licence cards (Both)
g. Marriage certificate
h. Birth certificate (kid)

one set of Xrox copy of all the above docs including passports.

You should carry exhaustive list of doc with you to handle unexpected situation.

Thanks Rajanjha,

I am applying as a WP holder for 5 yrs and i dont have any dependants..

do i really need the cohab docs, degree certificate and 12 months bank statements or will they just pile up my application and confuse the HO.. I wanted to make the application simple to run through..

Please advice?
