| hello to all , i am british citizen and my wife and my child iraqi citizen and i am live in germany . my wife and my child got eea family pm my wife for 5 years my child for 3 years. so my qustion is my wife and my child want to go to iraq for visit how long thy can be away from germany? thank you very much for your advice guys. |

They can stay away for up to six months without the continuity of their residence or their residence card being affected.
However so long as you continue exercising treaty rights in Germany,they will have right of entry and Residence into Germany, as your spouse.
