HI FRIENDS,CAN SOME ONE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND THIS. I APPLY FOR EEA2, WITH ALL THE PROOF, BUT YESTERDAY I RICEIVED ALL MY DOCUMENT BACK WITH THE LETTER SAYING I HAVE TO ADD MY WIFE TREATY RIGHT, WHEN I MADE THE APLLICATION I ALREADY ADDED A LETTER FROM JOBCENTRE AS JOBSEEKER BUT THE JOBSEEKER ALLOWANCE DID NOT DECIDE YET, AS NOW THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO DECIDE BEFORE I CAN SEND IT. SO IT IS POSIBLE TO RESEND THE SAME DOCUMENT OR I HAVE TO DO FRESH APPLICATION.HEAR YOU SOON BYE.

i'm not sure what you sent them but you need to send them proof that you are registered at a jobcentre (either a registration at private jobcentre or have a jobcentre-plus positive reply to request for jsa)

also (i am pretty sure that) you need to add job application letters (i gave them 2 applications which was ok appearantly).

your question isnt very clear but my guess is that you failed to prove that you are a jobseeker.

can some one explain this for me pls my application for eea2 has been rejected why acording to them i did not add my wife exercising treaty right in UK,but is not true becuse we both register at jobcentre before i send the application to them, but in the letter from jobcentre they wrote, me and my wife have registre as unemploy but the decision for jobseeker allowance did not take yet.thank you

if your wife is the eu-citizen applying for eea1 she also needs to send job application letters as proof...so not only proof of jsa registration.
did she do that?
