Dear friends,

I am an EEA family member and we moved from the UK about 2 years back. I would like to carry on my studies with distance lerning but I have to sit on to the exam in the UK. I was wondering is it possible me to go back to the UK with out my husband for this reason? if yes, how? ( my residence card will expire on Jan 2013).

Residence is broken after 6 months normally or one year in special important circumstances. Only military service may allow longer absences. So travelling alone on the Residence Card may get you in big trouble. A visitor visa perhaps?
