Hi
I have got ILR in the UK.
I am planning to get married in January 2013 and have plans to get my wife (from India) as soon as possible in the UK.
Can someone please let me know what all documents etc will be required along with the application.
Also, any rough idea on the processing times UK embassy takes in India for dependent applications?
Thirdly, I am working as a contractor in the UK via my own limited company and take most part of my salary as dividends. I have heard that UKBA has imposed new salary requirements for dependent visas, where can I confirm that the dividends are considered as a part of the salary for this category of visa??
