Hi,
In-law’s visitor visa rejected due to the insufficient proof for Income. My friend's in-law visa to UK was rejected under the ground of not provided proof for father in law's income proof in India. We think to go for appeal. Will appeal helps to get the visa and what would be the expected timeline.
Also, please let me know the additional document which may require going for appeal.
Appreciated the help. |

Will appeal helps to get the visa and what would be the expected timeline? It may help if there is evidence to disprove or overcome the reason for the refusal. It may take as much as six months if the case goes to the FTT in the UK.
Please let me know the additional document which may require going for appeal? Without knowing the precise circumstances of the applicant, the precise reason for the refusal, what was provided and what was omitted, it's almost impossible to make any suggestions. |
