Hi, I am applying FLR(m) as a dependant to settled partner in UK. In section 12, they requested to enclose original passport or travel document of the partner to demonstrate he/she is present or settled in UK. As my husband got biometric resident permit when applied for ILR, should we send biometric resident permit along with passport? Or is it enough if I enclose his passport alone?
