I have travelled to UK on 1st June 2008 with below Visa categories.

Work permit from 1st June 2008 till 28-Nov 2008
Work permit Extension - Limited leave to Remain from 28-Nov-2008 till 31-Dec-2010
Tier 2 ICT long term Dependant from 15-Jan-2011 till 29-Jan-2012
Tier 2 ICT Short Term Migrant from 08-Dec-2011 till 07-Dec-2012
FLR (M) from 28-Jun-2012 till 27-Jun-2014

I have been out of UK between these dates,

23-Aug-2008 till 18-Oct-2008 (Marriage in India) - unpaid leave
25-May-2009 till 06-Jun-2009 (US trip) - paid leave
06-Aug-2009 till 30-Aug-2009 (death of Father in law) - paid leave
25-Jan-2010 till 06-Feb-2010 (US trip) - paid leave
10-Nov-2010 till 16-Jan-2011 (Pre Maternity Break) - paid leave
08-Aug-2011 till 18-Dec-2011 (Post Maternity Break) - unpaid leave
05-May-2011 till 13-May-2011 (Trip to india) - Paid leave

We have processed FLR(M) to avoid 5 year route to obtain ILR.
but I need to know if I am eligible to process ILR base don above visa categories on my own rather as dependant of ILR.
Please clarify what would be problem to apply as individual ILR?

From the information you have given there is no basis for you to apply for ilr before being able to apply as the spouse of a settled person in 2014.
