Hi
I applied for ILR last june, still waiting for outcome. During my 10 year stay, in 2006 i applied for extension of student visa, but i applied couple of days late. My student visa was successfully accepted. Can UKBA reject my ILR for this reason i.e. applying coupe of days late for my student visa in 206.

If it was a single gap, less than 10 days late, then you should be okay.
