|
|
Hi
I have my ILR pending at the home office for set (m).... it says they advise not to travel until I hear an answer from them.... I was told that my application "could" be canceled and forfeited if I leave the country while they are switching me from FLR to ILR... do they make any exceptions in this case? what about emergency? and if they do this how can I come back to the Uk a few months/weeks later?? I am having some family issues and I need to get back to America sooner then later and this process could last up to 6 months and I do not have 6 months to wait for an answer |
