Hi everyone in the forum,
I am on a 5 year workpermit which will expire on 03.12. 2012
I have booked ILR appointment on 27/11/12 in glasglow
I have a Indian passport. My wife is from India who is on my dependent visa till 03.12.2012.
I have a son who was born on 04.09.12 in manchester UK I have got the Indian passport for him from Indian consulate Birmingham
I have booked an appointment for my wife on 29/11/12 for further leave to remain under FLR(M) because her visa will expire on the 03/12/12. thinking that with the PREMIUM SERVICE I could get my ILR on the same day.she may not able to get an extention from here cos the Biomatric card takes more than 5 to 7 days to arrive which is the only proof for my wife's visa extention
Does she has to go back to India and get an extention? or whether she can stay after her visa expires till my biometric card been recieved so that I could apply for her extention.
thanks in advance for your time |
