3 DAYS OVERSTAY PLS HELP

Hi ,

I am here under student visa and my visa will expire on 31.12.06 but I could find a flight on 03.01.07 due to the congestion by xms and new year. Will I punish for it? Will I be in black list for 5 years? I do not have enough time to extend my stay I am planning to come back to UK for holidays

It probably will not be noticed, given the fact that the UK does not have permanent emigration controls, and should you be unlucky enough to have to pass through one of the temporary controls sometimes in place, for just 3 days, at such a busy time of the year ... with the fog disruption .... I still doubt whether it will be queried or even noted.

In short, don't worry. A 5-year blacklist? No such thing in the UK.

First of all thank you for yor prompt reply...
I really got confused because someone says you will be punished someone says no.... I will flight from Heatrow is it problem.. because when I leaved from Stansted 2 months ago noone asked me for the pasaport they they did not stamp it...

My fiancee is going to apply for HSMP and will apply as her unmarried partner and I do not want to have problem of EC
